• Cooking up quinoa for dinner. Not sure if it's just old (had it forever), but it's not doing its thing (looking sprouted). More H2O and boil #
• Happy to report that adding more H2O and boiling the quinoa did make it sprout. It'll probably be a little mushy but better than hard grain. #
