Feeling just fine today but was up way too late last night.

Headed to lunch to grab some food with my CGW friend @mikeschu at the downtown Whole Foods. Cool to shoot the hay with someone who reads a lot of the same bloggers as me. Mike is a very interesting guy.

Raw Pad Thai

I can’t believe I didn’t take a picture of this dish. OHHH man was it delicious. And gorgeous too. I will definitely be having it again. I was actually already planning on trying a recipe out for a raw pad thai this week. Can’t wait to see how mine comes out.

Afternoon Snack
Garden Herb Sea Cracker

I’ve been wanting something crunchy like chips. This hit the spot. They are tasty. Very herby, but in a good way.

Large salad with Tahini Vinaigrette
