Sayeth my Nano:

“This is Lance Armstrong. Congratulations! You just completed your longest workout!”

2 miles. I actually ran 2 miles the LAST time I ran but the Nano crapped out. Sucks too, b/c it was a fast run. This one was really hard. I really wanted to start walking at around 1.25 miles. But I pushed through and finished it really strong. Did intervals for last 400 meters, 100meter intervals, finishing with a fast run. Tough stuff. Proves that I need to stick to it on a daily basis.
