No good title found
Nothing really much to talk about. It’s late and I gotta get up early.
I will say that I have felt more productive lately. Mostly work stuff, but other stuff a bit as well. Trying to get more into the habit of doing it TODAY. Hard habit.
So I did the Daily15 workout from week before last where I had to do squats and pushups. I ended up doing something ridiculous like 225 squats. My legs hurt for a week. Seriously. And what did I do tonight? Well, AFTER running 1.5 miles (with .5 mile warmup and cool down), I did 220 squats (and 165 situps). Bring on the burn!!!
